Shipping policy
To ensure a smooth delivery process, customers must be available to receive their order at the agreed delivery time.
- If no one answers the door or the order cannot be delivered because access is not provided, refunds will not be issued.
- If the customer has paid for delivery, we can arrange one replacement order to be sent out. Any additional redelivery requests may be subject to a new delivery charge.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are available and that the delivery address and contact details provided are correct.
